Eugene, Oregon – The Oregon Track Club Elite will
be
travelling to Pasadena, California to compete in the USATF High
Performance
Series. The High Performance Series
consists of several events put on by USATF to bring together many of the
best
athletes in the US. The Series is making a stop
on the campus of Occidental College on Saturday evening with men’s
and women’s 800s and 1,500s.
Competing for the OTC Elite at Occidental in the
800 meters
will be Matt Scherer and Tyler Mulder. In the men’s 1,500 meters, OTC Elite will be represented by 2010
USATF
Indoor runner-up at 1,500 meters and Team USA member, Will Leer. Also competing in the 1,500 meters will be
Russell Brown and Stephen Pifer.
